Summer Lovers (1982)

A young American couple (Peter Gallagher, Daryl Hannah) are spending the summer in the Greek islands where they become involved in a menage a  trois with a French archaeologist (Valerie Quennessen). Directed by Randal Kleiser (GREASE), this erotically charged film is often dismissed unfairly as a mindless T&A exercise. But it's startlingly sensual rather than exploitative and the Greek locations are absolutely mouth watering and  it has a terrific soundtrack of 80s pop featuring Elton John, Prince, Tina Turner, Chicago, Depeche Mode and the Pointer Sisters. With Barbara Rush and Carole Cook.
