Bud Abbott & Lou Costello at it again, this time involved in a long standing hillbilly feud in the Kentucky hills. It’s no where near their better vehicles but there are a couple of comedic highpoints that rank with their best moments including a hilarious sequence with Lou Costello and Margaret Hamilton (in a countrified version of her
WIZARD OF OZ persona) dueling with voodoo dolls that’s priceless. Also in the cast Dorothy Shay (billed as the “Park Avenue Hillbilly“ and apparently popular enough to perform at Eisenhower‘s inauguration ball), Jack Kruschen, Ida Moore, Joe Sawyer and Kirby Grant.
